To assist supervisors, managers, and HR staff in regards to employee accommodation and sick leaves, Wilson Vukelich LLP is providing a training session.

At the training session you will learn:

  • how to properly handle accommodations and sick leave requests;
  • how to properly investigate whether accommodation or a leave is required and continues to be required; and
  • how to avoid a human rights complaint, a Ministry of Labour complaint, and a civil action
