Jag Gandhi joined Wilson Vukelich LLP in 2009 in its tax and private client group. Her practice focuses primarily on Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning. Working with other professional advisors, Jag helps to ensure that clients’ assets are preserved upon death and that wealth is properly transferred to various individuals and organizations in accordance with their wishes. She regularly advises clients on a wide range of matters including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, estate and trust taxation, and estate administration.
Jag received her Bachelor of Arts (Honours), from the University of Western Ontario, her Master of Arts, from McMaster University, and her LL.B from the University of Windsor in 2003 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004.
Prior to joining Wilson Vukelich LLP and expanding her area of practice to include tax and estate planning, Jag articled and practiced corporate commercial law at a prominent Bay Street law firm and was in-house counsel for two leading multi-national corporations.
She is an associate student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a member of the Canadian Bar Association of Ontario, Trusts and Estates subsection, a member of the South Asian Bar Association, and a member of the Women’s Law Association of Ontario.
When she isn’t practicing law, Jag spends her free time with her husband and running after her very active one year old son.
