Jeff Goldenthal

Partner

 

Jeff practices corporate/commercial, corporate finance, lending, and banking law. He has acted for numerous entrepreneurial clients, advising them through their various stages of growth from start-up to commercialization and sale. He has also acted for a variety of lenders, borrowers, and investors in numerous complex local and cross-border financing and M & A transactions.

Prior to joining Wilson Vukelich LLP, Jeff was a partner at two Bay Street firms, including a Toronto-based national firm where he headed up the Banking and Restructuring Department for four and a half years.

Jeff currently sits on the board of directors of the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto. He was a contributing writer to two books dealing with legal issues for corporate treasurers and is the co-author of a book on taking security over intellectual property assets.

Jeff breeds and races standardbred horses and enjoys coaching his daughter’s softball team.
