Over the last 10 years, the amount of statutorily required training that employers must provide to their employees has significantly increased. As a result, some employers can struggle with ensuring all existing employees as well as newly hired employees are properly trained.

Led by labour and employment lawyers, Daniel Condon and Christine Ashton, the series is made up of three pre-recorded webinars, each of which are less than 30 minutes. These training webinars will satisfy your training obligations in regards to:

At the end of each webinar, your employees will be provided with a test, so they can confirm that they understand the information provided and have been properly trained. The webinars can be watched by your employees as a group or on an individual basis. The webinars can also easily be watched by each new employee when they join your company.
