Employer Webinar: COVID-19 and Your Workplace – Policies and Procedures

As part of our ongoing COVID-19 and Your Workplace webinar series, our next webinar held on Wednesday May 26, 2021 will assist employers and HR professionals as they continue to navigate this challenging time.
All employers are currently required to have in place policies and procedures in regards to COVID-19 and the workplace. Further to this, the Ministry of Labour has been regularly visiting local workplaces to confirm that they have COVID-19 safe work policies and procedures in place.
In order to support employers in meeting their obligations, we will be hosting a webinar on COVID-19 policies and procedures. During this webinar, we will discuss and review template policies, procedures, and other documents that can be used towards satisfying your legal obligations. In particular, this webinar will cover:
• a policy template for COVID-19 safe work
• a policy template for remote work as a result of COVID-19
• template documents in regards to COVID-19 related leaves
• template documents in regards to COVID-19 related layoffs
