Live Online Training Session – Hiring Employees and Independent Contractors

Based on the ongoing popularity of our training webinars, we will now be providing a live online training session on hiring both employees and independent contractors.

Before entering into a relationship with either an employee or an independent contractor, it is important that the terms of the relationship are contained in an enforceable written contract. The matters to be addressed in the contract include compensation (e.g. salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.), restrictive covenants, intellectual property, company policies, and terminations. When matters are not addressed in a written contract, unexpected disputes can quickly arise.

To assist supervisors, managers, and HR staff in properly managing the hiring process, Wilson Vukelich LLP is providing this training session.
