Jeff practises corporate/commercial, corporate finance, lending, and banking law. He has acted for numerous entrepreneurial clients, advising them through their various stages of growth from start-up to commercialization and sale. He has also acted for a variety of lenders, borrowers, and investors in numerous complex local and cross-border financing and M & A transactions.

Prior to joining Wilson Vukelich LLP, Jeff was a partner at two Bay Street firms, including a Toronto-based national firm where he headed up the Banking and Restructuring Department for four and a half years.

Involvement & Recognition

Jeff is actively involved with Leaside Baseball Association and enjoys coaching his son’s rep baseball team. He also enjoys watching his daughter dance hip hop competitively.
