Josh practises in the areas of tax and private client services, with a particular focus on entrepreneurial business owners and high net worth individuals. Josh routinely assists clients with all aspects of tax and estate planning, including corporate reorganizations, trusts, planning for the purchase and sale of a business, the taxation of real estate, and cross-border and international taxation.
Prior to joining Wilson Vukelich, Josh practised in the tax and estate planning group of a Bay Street law firm.
