Priscilla is an associate lawyer practising in the Business Law Group at Wilson Vukelich LLP. Priscilla is developing a broad practice in corporate and commercial law, including assisting clients in setting up and maintaining their corporations, drafting shareholder agreements and other commercial agreements, and implementing mergers and acquisitions. Priscilla is committed to understanding her clients’ needs and providing them with timely informed solutions to address their legal matters.
Involvement & Recognition
Priscilla is conversant in Cantonese and is working to improve her Mandarin.
Priscilla enjoys travelling. One of her most memorable trips was to China, where she spent a month studying Mandarin in Shanghai, in addition to exploring the provinces of Henan and Shanxi.
