Biography
Pamela practices in the areas of estates and trusts, personal tax planning, and charities and not-for-profit law. Her practice focuses on all areas of estate planning and administration, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and inter vivos and testamentary trusts. She regularly advises her clients on charitable gift planning, business succession planning, and assists beneficiaries and estate executors through the estate administration process.
In addition, Pamela advises charities and not-for-profit organizations on governance issues, regulatory compliance and social enterprise matters.
Prior to joining Wilson Vukelich, Pamela practiced in the tax and estate planning group of a Bay Street firm.

Pamela is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Estate Planning Council of Toronto and the Ontario Bar Association, Trusts and Estates and Charity and Not-for-Profit sections.
