Rob joined Wilson Vukelich as an associate lawyer in 2020 after successfully completing his articles at the largest regional law firm in Atlantic Canada. Rob practices in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Group with an emphasis on management-side labour and employment law.
During his articles, Rob responded to several wrongful dismissal lawsuits, assisted in grievance arbitrations, drafted collective agreements, advised employers on HR policies and employment contracts and conducted document review under privacy and freedom of information legislation.
In law school, Rob volunteered with the Pro Bono Students of Canada and the Fredericton Legal Advice Clinic, he participated in the Bowman Tax Moot and was a member of UNB Men’s Varsity Hockey Team. Prior to that Rob played professional hockey in the American Hockey League and ECHL.
In his spare time, Rob stays active by playing hockey (albeit at a much slower pace), practising yoga and golfing; and enjoys cheering passionately for the Leafs and Raptors.
