Biography
Parisima Zandi joined Wilson Vukelich LLP in 2012 as an associate in the Litigation Group where her practice has a particular focus on commercial and corporate litigation matters, as well as construction law and estate litigation matters.
Parisima regularly handles various commercial and corporate disputes involving breach of contract, shareholder disputes, debtor-creditor matters, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, and other general civil litigation. Parisima also represents clients in construction related matters, including construction lien claims, breach of trust, negligence and delay claims.
In regards to estate and trusts matters, Parisima works with our firm’s team of estate and tax lawyers in representing executors and beneficiaries throughout the estate administration process, including the appointment and removal of estate trustees, passing of accounts, capacity issues, and assistance in the realization or sale of estate assets. Parisima also has extensive experience with Applications under the Substitute Decisions Act.
Parisima has been involved in proceedings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court. Parisima is dedicated to providing clients with strategic advice and assistance in order to help clients secure the most favourable outcome.
Involvement & Recognition
Parisima is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Barreau du Quebec. Parisima is fluent in French and Farsi and welcomes the opportunity to provide legal services to the Iranian and francophone communities.
In her spare time, Parisima enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter or visiting friends and family in Quebec.
