Since commencing the practise of law in 1973 with a respected downtown Toronto firm and starting his own practice four years later, Peter’s focus has been concentrated on real estate, corporate/commercial and estate planning and administration law. He has often advised with respect to share and asset purchase transactions, commercial leasing, real estate development and financing, and the incorporation and organization of professional practices for dentists, medical doctors, and accountants.
Peter holds directorships in several investment and management corporations owned by European and other offshore interests and participates regularly in management roles with them. He also acts as general counsel to a number of private clients, both families and corporations, advising them with respect to their day-to-day personal and business activities.
Peter considers it a privilege to be invited to provide legal services to all of his clients and he is dedicated to doing so in a manner that effects time and cost saving results with a minimum of complexity.
Involvement & Recognition
For relaxation, Peter enjoys a fitness routine, tennis, gardening, cheering on his grandkids at their activities and time spent with his wife and family at their favourite get-away places.
